Key fobs required to access bulk water fill stations

Bulk Water Fill Station Access – Effective June 2025

The Municipality of Killarney - Turtle Mountain has introduced new Access & Monitoring Systems at all five Bulk Water Fill Stations. These systems are designed to encourage water conservation, track usage and reporting, and help recover the costs of providing this service.

Key fobs must be purchased and activated through the Killarney - Turtle Mountain Municipal Office during regular office hours. Once you’ve obtained your key fob, you’ll be guided to set up an online user account. This account allows for easy management and payment using a credit card, right from your smartphone.

Please note:

• All accounts must be prepaid before water can be accessed.

• With a valid key fob, stations are available 24/7.

• The system allows users to start and stop the pump as needed.

Important Information

• Each key fob requires an email
  to set up account. Every fob must have a separate email. Separate fobs required for treated and untreated wells.

  • View reports
  • Make a payment via credit card
  • Adjust account settings: email, password and contact information.
• Accounts must be prepaid
  Add money to your account PRIOR to using a water fill station.
• Payment methods
  • Online Credit Card Payments: subject to 3.5% transaction fee
  – Email used when making online payment MUST BE same email used for text2car account to ensure payment is allocated to the correct account.
  • At the Municipal Office, cheque, credit card or cash only

  • Key Fob will be automatically disabled when balance drops to $0.00
